Since the establishment, our center Is in great demand. The demand for such specialists in our society objectively is quite high.
Regular clients of Mediation Center is the Almaty regional center of party training of the Higher Party School of PDP "Nur Otan", experts of the center on a regular basis throughout the year, conduct lectures and training on the course "of mediation and prevention of conflicts of competence". Courses are held on a monthly basis, they are taught leaders of party cells, 300 people has already taught. In addition, the Center conducts retreats throughout Kazakhstan.
Currently, in Kazakhstan the creation of market of mediation is very important. It is essential that the public is aware of this method of reconciliation, and the goal of the Center is promotion of mediation among the population.
By the way, in March 2011 at the Almaty Management University organized a meeting of heads of mediation centers in Kazakhstan with a representative of UNDP Kuanzhanovoy Gulmira. The purpose of the meeting was to familiarize with the activities of the centers of mediation and the possibility of further cooperation in the field of mediation in Kazakhstan. At the meeting, the head of the "Center for Mediation and Conflict" Zhumakaevoy Bakhit was asked to develop a unified concept of development of mediation in Kazakhstan to create a market of mediation in Kazakhstan.
Today, cooperation, "the Center for mediation» ALMU UNDP is getting closer and plodtvornym. At the seminar "Introduction of mediation in Kazakhstan", organized by UNDP in cooperation with the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the cities Shymkent, Atyrau and Almaty forces of our Center conducted special training for judges, law enforcement and local government offices on the use of mediation in accordance with the Law on Mediation.
Also, representatives of the Centre made a presentation at the round table "Mediation as an element of the modernization of the judicial and law enforcement systems" in the Majilis (Astana). Practice shows that the application of the Law "On Mediation" from 28 January 2011 raises many questions and difficulties in this regard during the round table discussed proposals for improving the law, as well as other related to it normative legal acts.
The main project of the Center now - successful cooperation with one of the largest holdings of the Republic of Kazakhstan ("Samruk-Kazyna"). Currently, the Corporate Foundation "Center for Social partnership" at the FNB organizes and conducts training to teach skills of mediation and negotiation among employees of group companies of "Samruk-Kazyna". In November of this year, "Mediation Center» ALMAU successfully conducted training on mediation for employees of affiliated companies KMG "KazMunaiGas" in Aktau.
It should be added that after our master classes and workshops, students must learn both the theoretical basis and get some practical experience in the field of mediation and conflict resolution. The theoretical component of the training under this program is being implemented by means of lectures. A practical component is implemented through various types of practices, master classes and workshops.
