January 22nd Expert Center of NGO by School of Public Policy  Alma University held a dialogue platform together Charitable Foundation "Dar" and social movements, "The child should live in a family." The participants discussed the prospects of development "school mentorship" in Kazakhstan. The main speakers were Sholpan Baibolova. Which deals with the problems of orphaned children for over 20 years. And opened its representative office programs in 3 cities (Almaty, Astana, Karaganda).
